Jul 2, 2019 · Uploading your banner to the Steam Workshop is very simple! I suggest testing your banner first to make sure it looks good. Once ready, head to the banner selection menu and select your banner. You'll then see an "Upload to workshop" button. You guessed it! Click that button! Give your banner a title and a description and click upload. That's it!

now i want to add an image used for the banner, i just need to make a copy of 123_hero.png, and rename the copy as 123.png, and that's all and when you start bpm, you will find the image is shown as a banner

Then insert the picture you want to replace the banner with, and rename it to "[gameid]_library_hero.jpg" (it has to be a jpg or png) After a while, Steam will change the old banner with the new banner. (NOTE: It doesn't work on Non-steam games) EDIT: The banner dimensions are; 1920x620 EDIT2: Just discovered that Steam supports PNG too.
