Dec 21, 2019 · The projector comes on and I see the Optoma splash screen, but THAT's IT!! It just stays lit and has lights coming from it but nothing ever shows on the screen. I press Menu and everything but never do I get another image. It seems like the bulb is OK, or I wouldn't ever see the Optoma splaqsh screen, but something is definitely wrong.

We had a customer who had an Optoma projector and his lamp blew outside the lamp warranty period but within the projector warranty period. Jun 27, 2024 · When the projector is set correctly, 3D will not be greyed out. Also, your source must be set to push 1920x1080 to the projector and not 4K or upscale 4K. I think HDMI 1 does the game mode and that should be in 1080p. I send 3DSBS to my Optoma through my Sony 4K bluray player, but I have to set the player to send 1080p and not 4K to the projector.

The issue I am having is the inability to connect a PC (windows computers) to the projector through HDMI cables. I have tried contacting Optoma support to no avail. Background/Notes: I have checked three different PCs and various HDMI cables.
