Aug 31, 2016 · I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas? Holter Moniter results - HR 40-171bpm. Blocked P Waves, Junctional escape beats, PACs and triplets.

It's on it's side: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, it means the the heart, electrically, is moved to the left.
