May 2, 2024 · Hi all. I was using a chainsaw and power armor setup. The chainsaw has vampirism as a legendary perk. With this setup I can go through Westtec 6 or 7 times( about and hour) on one fusion core charge. I have recently changed to a VATS build running a Plasma Caster. This will use an entire core in 5 mins or less. I've read that VATS is the cause, but it doesn't make sense to me as VATS works ...

May 26, 2021 · 1. When I teleported in my Excavator PA I've lost my fully-charged 100% Fusion Core. 2. No, I can not fast travel without PA because of constant overburden. 3. Yes, I recharge my Fusion Cores via that legendary perk. 4. When I teleport with low-powered not-recarged (25% and below) Fusion Cores they do not disappear, but deplete slowly.

Jan 3, 2023 · Don't even waste the flux on them. Take the workshop at a power plant, power up the fusion core processor, and pick them up 3 at a time. Do Line in the Sand, and get 2 fusion cores at the end every time. Do a DO, and wield a weapon that uses cores at the end and get fusion cores as reward

Sep 15, 2022 · Using the Fusion Core Re-charger, is like using the Fermenter. Activate it, the charger has 4 slots, so you can charge 4 Fusion Cores at once. Its an Atomic Shop item. First came out with "the Pitt" Recruitment Bundle, in sort of, cream white. The other one in blue came from, "Modern Home Kitchen Bundle", "Modern Home Fusion Core Recharger"

Sep 28, 2022 · Claiming workshops at the nuclear power plants will let you use the fusion core maker there to create fully-powered cores. Randomly-spawned PA suits sometimes have a partially charged core in them. Outside of that, just keep completing public events - some of those give out fusion cores as rewards.

Nov 4, 2023 · Hi i got a big problem: My fusion cores disappear once they are completely empty. I run a power armor, gatlin laser build and thought it was quite strange so i tested it with 4 cores, empteyed them in an event with my gatlin laser and all are gone. Is this intended or a bug? if that is intended the fusion core charging device in the atom shop is a bad joke.

Apr 25, 2024 · Edit: For clarification, when this bug happened, the suit looked like the fusion core slot was empty in third person view and couldn't put a new one in. I had this as well. The fusion core suddenly drained 100% and did not switch to a new one. When i dropped the cores and picked them up again, i could enter my power armor and all is fixed.

May 6, 2023 · It is rare, but they sometimes drop from enemies. The only time they are guaranteed to drop is at the end of Line in the Sand, Daily Op rewards if you are wielding a fusion core weapon when either the boss is killed or the last decryption device is disabled, Expedition rewards if you are wielding a fusion core weapon when the team lead talks with the pilot.

Jul 7, 2020 · With right perk (Power User III), each core can last for 1000 charge. The cool thing is you can turn any fusion core (included nearly drained one) to full charged Ultracite Fusion Core, with the right perk, you can have 2 to 3 convert rate. Pro Tip to craft Ultracite Core without using high/full charge regular core -

Apr 12, 2024 · Get the Electric absorption legendary perk. It will recharge your core when hit by energy weapons. Be aware it will only charge to 99% and not 100% anymore. Use the perk to double core runtime called power user. Also there is another perk to reduce or stop core usage when sprinting as well. Don't use vats in PA as this will deplete your core.
