Dec 26, 2015 · Your graphics card will be fine and will mount in the only pcie slot on the itx motherboard. But, you will usually pay a price premium for ITX. I would look for a M-ATX motherboard. You will normally get more robust voltage regulation and slots for add in cards if you need wifi for instance.

With the Gigabyte board you should be able to use the top and middle slot without much problem. There's 3 gap slots between the first x16 slot and the second x16 slot. So it goes; x16 GAP x1 GAP x1 GAP x16 = 3 slot gap

Its basically a thin bezel that runs around the perimeter of the original panel. I suppose you could mill/3d print/laser cut a bezel that would fit between the chasis and the original panel (or new panel altogether).

Several companies use thicker heat sinks and larger coolers on their higher end cards, which are considered "2.5 slot" or "3 slot" cards, which will cover that last PCI slot. The good news here is that EVGA doesn't make 2.5 slot cards; their cards are all 2-slot.
