Dec 18, 2024 · The status of the song being downloaded or on a playlist doesn’t seem to be a factor. It only occurs on the Lock Screen or the Dynamic Island and the album art is displayed in the app fine. I have cleared the cache, offloaded and uninstalled the app, restarted my phone after a few minutes, and then reinstalled Spotify from the App Store.
