Two rocket launches from California within a week? That's the plan as SpaceX gears up for another Starlink mission after a slow start to the month.

SpaceX still lists three Starlink deployment missions on the schedule in August from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 24 of Amazon Project Kuiper spacecraft lifted off at 8:35 a.m. ET (1235 GMT) on Monday (Aug. 11).

SpaceX launched the Falcon 9 for the first time in 2010. Since then, the two-stage rocket has become the company’s workhorse vehicle, sending satellites to low-Earth orbit, crew and cargo to the International Space Station, and private crewed missions to orbit.
