The father of Devil May Cry himself Hideaki Itsuno has found a new home at LightSpeed Studios, and is working on new AAA action games.

Hideaki Itsuno a veteran game designer has joined Tencent’s new Japanese-based studio LightSpeed. Hideaki Itsuno is best known for his work while Directing at Capcom, focusing on titles like Devil May Cry and Dragon’s Dogma.

LightSpeed Studios, the Tencent subsidiary responsible for PUBG Mobile and, apparently, some random zombie game featuring actor Will Smith, announced this morning that Itsuno will be heading up its new LightSpeed Japan Studio. No information on Itsuno’s official title was provided.
