Now that the band has officially confirmed when they'll return with new music and shows, fans will be counting down to spring 2026 to see what the septet has in store. BTS last dropped an album in 2020, with Be reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200, spawning Billboard Hot 100 -toppers "Dynamite" and "Life Goes On."

BTS has been on hiatus since 2022, allowing all seven members -- Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook -- to serve their mandatory military service in South Korea. The members revealed in a Weverse livestream that they'll be heading to the United States in July to start work on the new album.

The singers are heading to the U.S. to work on their highly anticipated album, scheduled to be released in the spring of 2026.
