Chelsea eased into the final of the Conference League with a comfortable victory over Swedish side Djurgarden. After winning the away leg 4-1 last week, Enzo Maresca’s side completed the rout at Stamford Bridge where Reggie Walsh, at 16 years at 200 days, became the youngest player to start a European game for the club.

The two clubs head into Sunday’s game level on points and goal difference in the battle to qualify for the Champions League.
