Grab your duck calls. After an eight-year break, A&E is returning to “Duck Dynasty.” The cable network has ordered two seasons of “Duck Dynasty: The Revival,” which, like the original “Duck Dynasty” series, will feature the Robertson family and its Louisiana-based Duck Commander business.

A&E has announced a revival of the popular reality series "Duck Dynasty" set to premiere this summer, but original front man Phil Robertson will not appear after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in December.

Eight years after the series finale, “Duck Dynasty: The Revival” has been green lit by A&E. TVLine.com reports that the original order is for two seasons and 20 episodes. The site said the new series is slated to begin this summer and will feature Willie and Korie Robertson, their children and grandchildren, in Louisiana.

The Robertsons are returning to reality TV eight years after ending their popular series, "Duck Dynasty," which ran for 11 seasons on A&E. Titled “Duck Dynasty: The Revival,” the reboot series will check in with the Robertson family, which has expanded in recent years to include a whole new generation of great grandchildren.

Silas “Uncle Si” Robertson is recovering after a bad accident landed him in the hospital. The Duck Dynasty alum, 76, fell off a boat during a “dangerous” hunting trip with costars Justin Martin and Phillip McMillan.

Phil Robertson, who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, is not listed among the family members A&E noted will take part in Duck Dynasty: The Revival. Along with Willie and Korie, Willie’s mother Kay, Uncle Si and Willie and Korie’s kids John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella and Rebecca are set to be on camera.

Set to premiere this summer, the show will follow Willie and Korie Robertson, as well as their children and grandchildren, who live on a Louisiana homestead and operate their family business, Duck Commander. The original Duck Dynasty ran for 11 seasons, ending in 2017.
