A water emergency stretched into a fourth day on Monday for more than 100,000 people in New Jersey, where a broken water main has forced a widespread boil water advisory.

An explosion Monday at a U.S. Steel plant near Pittsburgh has left dozens wounded and people trapped under the rubble, officials said.
