“The Big Bang Theory” may have ended, but it lives on in the form of several spinoffs. Given the success of prequels “Young Sheldon” (2017-2024) and “Georgie & Mandie’s First Marriage” (2024-present), perhaps it’s no surprise that a third “Big Bang Theory” spinoff is coming.

A new "Big Bang Theory" spinoff series is in the works at HBO Max following the success of previous offshoots "Young Sheldon" and "Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage."

According to the official synopsis from HBO Max :“Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Sussman) who is tasked with restoring reality, aided by his girlfriend Denise (Lauren Lapkus), geologist friend Bert (Brian Posehn), and quantum physicist/all-around pain in the ass Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie).”
