Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr can't envision his superstar Stephen Curry demanding a trade anytime soon despite the team's below .500 record (19-20) 39 games into the regular season. The halfway mark is near.

As the Warriors continue to plummet, the franchise's head coach warned against mortgaging too much of the future at the trade deadline.

"We're not giving in. But you have to be realistic organizationally about where you are," Kerr told The Athletic on Monday.
