Gov. Dan McKee (D-RI) addressed campus security, following a lockdown at the Community College of Rhode Island Flanagan campus in Lincoln Thursday afternoon.

The emergency began with a disturbance, involving the same man, on a Rhode Island Public Transit Authority bus, and it ended soon after witnesses identified him to police, who took him into custody, Fleming said.
