A former Metro Detroit emergency room nurse has pleaded guilty to tampering with vials of fentanyl, federal prosecutors said.

Travis Eskridge knew the tampered vials of fentanyl, absence of pain medication could cause risk of extreme physical pain, per the plea agreement.
