The Mariners are cornering the market on right-handed pitchers named Luis Castillo. Seattle reached a Minor League deal with 29-year-old Luis Felipe Castillo on Tuesday, a source told MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand.

As the Twins look for pitching help this offseason, they reportedly inquired about the Seattle Mariners All-Star, but he just costs too much money.

Luis Castillo’s name has swirled in trade rumors for much of the offseason, as Castillo is far and away the priciest member of the Mariners’ rotation.
