DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia State Patrol tells Channel 2 Action News that it still responding to crashes from the icy conditions Tuesday’s snowfall left behind. Channel 2 investigative reporter Mark Winne rode along with Sgt. First Class Jeremy Hilley on Wednesday and he told Winne that abandoned cars on or near roadways have been numerous.
DeKalb declares state of emergency over icy roads

Firefighters extinguished a house fire in DeKalb County early Wednesday morning.
