After briefly flirting with an NFC South division title, the Atlanta Falcons have officially missed the playoffs for the seventh year in a row. Nonetheless, the 2025 NFL season looks promising with Michael Penix Jr. starting at quarterback.
Falcons special teams coordinator Marquice Williams was one of two NFL assistants chosen to coach the 2025 Shrine Bowl. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Williams will lead the East while New York Giants defensive coordinator Shane Bowen will coach the West.
The Atlanta Falcons will enter the 2025 NFL season with much anticipation, again. With a second-year quarterback who looked phenomenal in the final game as a rookie and all sorts of offensive talent, fans hope they can break their long postseason drought.
