DES MOINES — Gov. Kim Reynolds, speaking at an anti-abortion event Monday at the Iowa Capitol, said recent electoral victories show that “life can win,” and Iowa Statehouse Republicans have “repeatedly won the (abortion) debate at the ballot box.”
