Dropbox Transfer encrypts the files you share to protect them from unwanted access.
Dropbox announced that it’s rolling out Dropbox Transfer, a new way to easily share files without also sharing access to your originals, similar to services like WeTransfer.
1) Copy and move all your old files to a new disk. You'll need to move them all to an external drive, either in the cloud (such as Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox) or an external hard drive.
Using Dropbox, you can back up and restore selected folders and files online.
Dropbox Transfer has now been made available for all customers. The feature lets users share up to 100GB files with a few clicks.
