If Developer tab in Microsoft Office is missing, you can add Developer tab in Word, Excel, etc. via Settings, Group Policy, Registry Editor.

If Excel is open, close it. Open a few Excel workbooks and from any open workbook, click the Developer tab and then click Macros in the Macros group.
