FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — After failing to get an extra-base hit in an extra-inning win in the first game of the doubleheader, Arkansas' bats carried them to an opening day sweep over Washington State. The bats managed eight extra-base hits en route to a seven-inning run-rule win in game 2, 14-2.

Arkansas (2-0) used a pair of walk-off wins to sweep its Opening Day doubleheader against Washington State (0-2) on a frigid Friday afternoon inside the friendly confines of Baum-Walker Stadium.

After narrowly escaping with a 10 inning 3-2 win over Washington State in game one of an opening day doubleheader, the Hogs exploded for a 14-2 win in seven innings in game two.

The Arkansas Razorbacks were looking for revenge against LSU, and they got it in a big way on Wednesday. The Hogs broke free in Bud Walton Arena after a back-and-forth first half, defeating the Tigers at home,

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas Razorbacks (15-9) won against the LSU Tigers (12-12) at home on Feb. 12. This was the second match up of the year for the Hogs and the Tigers, with the first one going to LSU 78-74 on Jan. 14 in Baton Rouge. On Wednesday night the Hogs got their revenge, taking down the Tigers 70 to 58.
