Morgan Barron and Josh Morrissey scored 16 seconds apart to help Winnipeg Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck record his 300th NHL career win 5-2 over the Nashville Predators on Tuesday night.

Connor Hellebuyck became the third-fastest goalie to reach 300 career wins while Josh Morrissey left the game late in the second period with a lower-body injury.

Connor Hellebuyck made 26 saves to win his 300th career game as the Winnipeg Jets defeated the visiting Nashville Predators 5-2.

Josh Morrissey is having another monster season for the Winnipeg Jets. He recorded at least 59 assists in back-to-back seasons and is on track to set a new career high this year, pacing for 66 assists through exactly half of Winnipeg’s games.
