Smoke continued to fill the air at Canfield Mountain after a shooter killed firefighters responding to a wildfire in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. The town held a procession in honor of the two crew members who died.

Two firefighters were killed and residents were ordered to shelter in place, but the order was lifted after police found a dead man in the woods.

Authorities in northwestern Idaho have identified the deceased gunman who ambushed firefighters responding to a blaze he set as 20-year-old Wes Roley.
