Quietly, some of Wall Street's most-prominent billionaire investors have been dumping shares of the hottest AI stocks.

Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 revolved around AI. If not, it’s all that exhibitors could show. Talking about the highlight of the show, it was undoubtedly the keynote from Jensen Huang.

Upstart (NASDAQ: UPST) and Lemonade (NYSE: LMND) are two small AI companies with a combined value of less than $8 billion, as of this writing, but they have the potential to change the world and make investors very wealthy in the process.

At over 50 times earnings, this is a pricey stock to own but that multiple comes down to 29 when looking at estimates for next year's profits. And in the longer run, the company may be an even better buy if demand for its AI-agents takes off.
