The Supreme Court directed social media influencer Ranveer Allahbadia to refrain from airing any shows on YouTube or other platforms until further notice. The order came amidst multiple FIRs filed against Allahbadia for his comments on a YouTube show.

The Supreme Court on February 18, criticized podcaster and YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia for his controversial comments on Samay Raina's YouTube show, India's Got Latent. The court directed Allahbadia and his associates to stay away from the show business for a while in light of his remarks.

While the Supreme Court has also granted interim protection from arrest to Ranveer Allahbadia, it did not come easy for the YouTuber who had to face the wrath of the top court over the supposedly ‘funny’ comments he made on India's Got Latent show as a guest.
