Mondelez is giving its Sour Patch Kids candy a glow-up. A version of the brand will contain a flavorless turmeric-extract “confetti” so it gives off a fluorescent glow under a blacklight.

The candy has previously undergone a name change, however. When first rolled out in the 1970s, they were called “Mars Men” and later rebranded as “Sour Patch Kids” in the 1980s.
