Officers arrested Herrman and discovered a 51-year-old man dead in a bedroom, SDPD Lt. Jud Campbell said. The victim's name was being withheld pending family notification. Herrman was booked into county jail on suspicion of murder and weapons charges, police said.

One person was arrested in relation to a fatal shooting that happened inside a Pacific Beach condominium Sunday night, authorities said.

Police responded at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday to calls about a violent argument followed by gunshots at the complex in the 1600 block of Chalcedony St. near Jewell St., where they found a man outside with a firearm who they detained and subsequently arrested.
