Pumpkin butter hand pies are the perfect fall treat with a flaky puff pastry crust and sweet, spiced filling. They’re easy to make, and the perfect dessert or snack for any cozy autumn gathering!

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Draw or print a Halloween pumpkin and cut it out to use as a stencil. Unroll your puff pastry, place the stencil on it, and cut around it to form the pumpkin.

Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take puff pastry out of freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or so before unrolling. Your goal is to have the pastry pliable but cold.

The pumpkin-themed Danish and cream puff are seasonal items. So is the pumpkin spice cookie ($2.75), which was not as memorable as the other baked goods; Traci thought it was a bit dry.
