The Tar Heels and Wolfpack are set to play Wednesday in Chapel Hill, but snow, sleet and freezing rain is in the forecast, and Gov. Josh Stein has declared a state of emergency.

UNC is in a situation where they need to win as many games as they can to improve their NCAA Tournament resume, as they stand on the outside looking in going into this week. This is an NC State team that is near the bottom of the ACC but gave UNC a tough game at home in January. The way UNC has played this year, no opponent is an easy one, either.
