The Hennepin County Attorney's Office says charges have been dropped for a man who was misidentified as a suspect in an attack on a north Minneapolis homeless shelter.

Two suspects have now7 been arrested in connection with an attack on a north Minneapolis homeless shelter earlier this month that displaced dozens of woman and children. Riot and property damage charges were filed Friday against 33-year-old Eureka Willis,

There is so far one person charged stemming from the attack. Eureka D. Riser, 33, of Minneapolis, was arrested Thursday and is charged with second-degree riot with a dangerous weapon and first-degree damage to property.

MINNEAPOLIS — A 33-year-old woman is facing two charges after an attack at St. Anne's Place in North Minneapolis. According to the charging document, the Minneapolis woman is facing one count of second-degree riot armed with a dangerous weapon and one count of first-degree damage to property.
