SNAP-Magat does not own, manage or operate Magat Dam and its reregulating facilities in Isabela. It took over Magat hydroelectric power plant in 2007 after a successful privatization bid.

Aside from Angat and Ipo, other dams that reported reduced water elevations were Ambuklao and Binga in Benguet, Pantabangan in Nueva Ecija, Magat in Isabela and Caliraya in Laguna.

The dam’s normal high water level is 575 meters. Other dams that reported reduced elevations were Pantabangan in Nueva Ecija, Magat in Isabela and Caliraya in Laguna.
