Other reports put the death toll at six people. Israel's police said residential buildings took a "direct hit that caused extensive damage."

Magen David Adom reported that two female medics were injured after their car was hit by shrapnel. Fire and Rescue teams responded to an initial call about a rocket impacting a building in Tel Aviv early Saturday morning. Magen David Adom reported that a Mobile Intensive Care Unit was hit by shrapnel in the Tel Aviv area.
Magen David Adom, which manages Israel’s emergency medical response, said on X that it was treating five people injured in Tel Aviv by shrapnel and posted multiple scenes of rocket strikes in the city in the wake of the Iranian attack.
