Governor Glenn Youngkin delivered his State of the Commonwealth address on Monday, taking a celebratory tone as he approached the final full session of the General Assembly during his four-year term.

Entering his final full year in office, Gov. Glenn Youngkin addressed a joint session of the General Assembly on Monday, delivering his annual State of the Commonwealth speech after a delay caused by last week’s winter storm and the resulting Richmond water crisis.

The speech on Monday morning will give the governor a chance to share his priorities for his final year in office.
