Germany Under-19s play out their second game with double-figure goals in the space of six days - but are knocked out of the European Championship by Spain.

England secured back-to-back EURO U21 titles despite throwing away a 2-0 lead to Germany in Slovakia on Saturday.

Spain edged past Germany 6-5 after extra-time on Monday, reaching the Under-19 Euros final after a dramatic clash in which eight goals were scored after the 78th minute.
