Camilla’s health battle comes on the heels of a year full of medical woes for the royal family. In February, King Charles announced he was diagnosed with cancer, only to be followed by the Princess of Wales, aka Kate Middleton, sharing her own cancer diagnosis in March.

The palace announced on November 5 that Camilla had fallen ill with a chest infection and would be canceling her plans for the week. The news came a few days after she and Charles had returned from their trip to Australia and Samoa.

The 77-year-old royal admitted she was still “coughing” as she resumed her duties after canceling several appearances due to the illness.
