The largest multi-state lottery drawing of 2025 takes place Monday night as the Powerball jackpot has surpassed the $600 million mark. The estimated grand prize for the drawing on Aug. 18, is worth $605 million with a cash option of $273.4 million.

A lottery player in Union County matched four white balls and the Double Play ball to win $50,000 in the Monday, Aug. 11, Powerball Double Play drawing. The winning ticket was sold at BK One Stop Shop in Roselle, 301 East 9th Ave. The winning numbers were 09, 10, 17, 29 and 65; the Double Play ball was 05.
