Mike Vrabel opted to call out Milton Williams during a conditioning run this spring, earning praise from the Patriots lineman in the process.

While I applaud Vrabel for having the fortitude to make some painful moves, the hope is he hasn’t gone too far in the other direction.

From one group to the next, Mike Vrabel made his presence felt during the first day of Patriots rookie minicamp Friday.
