LinkedIn has recently introduced a new artificial intelligence (AI) feature designed to assist both job seekers and recruiters. This feature, known as Job Match, is set to roll out globally in English in the coming weeks,

"With a single click, job seekers can gain detailed insights into the qualifications they meet and those they may lack, enabling them to decide whether to apply," LinkedIn explained, highlighting that this feature helps users focus on opportunities where they have a higher chance of receiving a response.

The new “Job Match” tool will be available for free users, but LinkedIn Premium subscribers will be able to access detailed information about their job match level. Rajiv also said that over time, the new feature will make it easier for recruiters who go through thousands of applications to choose good candidates who often get overlooked.
