The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Gordon and a system off the Florida coast has potential for development.

AccuWeather meteorologists warn that Gulf Coast residents should be keeping an eye on the system as it develops over the week.

According to the National Hurricane Center, "Some additional development of this system is possible during the next day or two while it moves northward or north-northeastward." The WPBF 25 First Warning Weather team says that,

In addition to Hurricane Francine, forecasters are monitoring 4 other systems in the Atlantic Ocean, including one east of Florida.
