A Philadelphia man police say shot four people — including three children — on a SEPTA bus in Fairmount Park over the weekend has been arrested.

An investigation revealed the man and woman live in Summerville, about a 20-mile drive southwest of Moncks Corner. The 28-year-old woman was arrested May 7 “and charged with kidnapping and interference of operation of school bus,” officials said.
