The Dragonfly cottage is a semi-secluded chalet style home only ½ a mile to the South State Park (10-minute walk) or 2-minute drive to the much sought-after Higgins Lake. The cottage is 6.7 miles along roadside to snowmobiling/orv trail system The cottage offers an open spacious floor plan with all the comforts of home including central air for those hot uncomfortable summer nights. Outside offers a canopy covered BBQ grill, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor chairs, porch bench & large driveway. Some items are not available in late fall thru early spring timeframe. We also offer wifi with a 50" smart tv that you can access Netflix or your other streaming accounts along with a dvd player & surround sound system. The Dragonfly is conveniently located near hiking & snowmobiling trails, fishing, canoeing, cross-country skiing, local restaurants, stores, gas & much more. Bring your toys & launch at the South State park or rent any number of items locally.
